what a week

I actually was able to go to bed early last night, after only getting to bed at five AM that day because I was reading about dinosaurs. (Also, can you believe I get to do that for a CLASS? It's so cool!) It was absolutely lovely to do that, since I haven't been able to in a while. I'm even almost caught up entirely on my classes, where I'd slipped a little because I was sick and then had one of those periods where you have to make snap decisions about what's most important for you to get done. It's been interesting, playing catch-up, but I hope it won't happen again this semester. (I'd say ever but I'm trying to be realistic...) I've had a good week, I think, even if I did spend the first few days hobbling around in sneakers because of my feet.
